CBeebies, the BBC channel dedicated to viewers aged six and under, turned be 20 years old on Friday 11th February 2022. To celebrate the milestone, The Guardian did a round up of the 20 best shows from the past two decades. The number one spot went to Hey Duggee, which they suggested, ‘If anyone tries to tell you that children’s television was better in the good old days, sit them down and make them watch Hey Duggee.’ and that it ‘might well be the best kids’ show ever made.’
