The finalists have been announced for the 24th British Animation Awards, rewarding the very best in British animation across a variety of categories.
Fonic has been involved with four projects nominated at the biennial event. Firstly, ITV’s Dave Spud which is up for Best Children’s Series, also CBeebies Hey Duggee is nominated for Best Children’s Pre-School, Fonic provided a full audio post production service for these two series.
You Tube’s Simon’s Cat‘s has been nominated for Best Short Form Content, and as well as supplying full audio post production, we also record the dialogue for this online series.
BAFTA winning ROUGHHOUSE, by Jonathan Hodgson and Richard Van Den Boom, is up for Best Short Film – Fonic recorded and edited the voice over. And finally, Grandad was a Romantic, another BAFTA winning film, by Maryam Mohajer, Fonic provided complete audio post production, has been nominated for the Public Choice Award.
