Dear Habib
A short film to raise awareness on the issues and obstacles faced by refugees in the UK.
To coincide with the UN Refugee Agency, UNHCR, and the 1951 Refugee Convention 70th years, Forced To Flee, is a seven episodes podcast that tells the extraordinary stories of people who have lived through some of the most tumultuous events of the past 70 years as well as looking to the future and exploring how the world must respond to forced human displacement.
Presented by British broadcaster, Anita Rani, the podcast tells the stories of the displaced and why they fled, what they endured, and what happened next. The stories of the many humanitarian workers who for seven decades have endeavoured to protect the forcibly displaced. As well as revisiting some of the major emergencies of the post-war era that have forced millions of people to leave their homes in search of safety and peace.
Fonic recorded Anita at the studio and provided UNHCR to edit.
