Hey Duggee
Described as one of the great triumphs of 21st century children’s television.
Little Princess is a pre-school series based on the best-selling children’s picture books by award-winning author and illustrator, Tony Ross. The stories stay true to the spirit of the original books providing a positive message, delivered with a blend of humour and surprise. The BAFTA nominated series features the voice talents of Jane Horrocks (Little Princess) and Julian Clary (the Narrator).
The series follows Little Princess as she lives in a castle with her Dad and Mum (King and Queen) – free to roam the grounds and play safely. By her side are her beloved pets – Puss and Scruff – who have their own adventures in each story.
The Princess also has a host of adult friends who live at the castle. Amongst these are the Maid, General, Chef, Admiral, Prime Minister and Gardener. Whilst they are always on hand to play with the Princess and offer helpful advice, sometimes it’s not all that clear who is more grown up…
