The Right Sort of Girl

Client | Bonnier Books UK

Fonic recorded and edited the audio book for The Sunday Times Bestseller, The Right Sort of Girl, an autobiography by Anita Rani, published by Blink Publishing, an imprint of Bonnier Books UK.

We have worked with Anita over the years on a number of voice over and voice record projects, so when it came to her recording her book, we were pleased that Fonic was the place she felt secure to speak the words she had written out loud. We pride ourselves on making artists feel comfortable in our space and hope and aim to build long standing relationships with them.

Fonic worked with Anita over three days as she recorded her book from cover to cover. We then edited the selected takes and shared with the publisher’s sound editor who took on processing and mastering of the files.
